Back From Torino...

It's good to be back in the States! God Bless America. Although Olympic medal glory was not in the cards this year, we totally nailed the short performance. The long program was another story, however... We stuck the first double toe-loop double axle, and as you can see, I'm clearly anticipating the next triple lutz, double salchow pass while Sarah is busy posing for the camera.
How can I stay mad at her w/ Italy so romantic this time of year?

See you at Nationals and in Vancouver in 2010!

p.s. - Thanks to Sarah for her creativity and to her employer for not monitoring her computer usage.
p.s.s - Doesn't my ass look like two honey-baked hams wrapped in velvet?

Something magical happened on the ice in Torino between Jeff and I. That skating unitard is so attractive. I still don't agree with the Italian judges comment that Jeff's performance in the long program was "too sensual". How many ways can you express yourself artistically with a song like "Sexual Healing"?

Does this partnership mix business with pleasure?

Does Sarah's head seems just a little larger than usual?

Does two lil' bit posts in such rapid succession make my head spin?

Maybe, Maybe, and YES!

Breathtaking. Simply ... breathtaking. After a performance like that there's not a dry eye in the house. Not only do I want to give the Lari-Schultz team the gold, but I think Marvin Gaye deserves a metal in memoriam for inspiring this love-making on ice.

and to add to hannah's thoughts, an arial view of that fine piece of ham doesn't sound like a bad idea either....
